A single reward is offered for acumulating a set number of points.

Visits+ Program:

This program extends the Visits Program by enabling you to offer up to 10 rewards.

One type of reward may not suit all customers or all circumstances of a business.

Being able to offer more options to your customers can make your business more customer focused.




Spend Program:

The Spend program provides greater flexibility as to how points are earned and how you reward your customers.

Points are earned based on amounts spent by your customers and up to 10 rewards may be offered.

Example, where your customer may need 20 points for a free coffee and 50 points for a coffee and cake.

Deeds Program:

This program is unique to Loyal Echo: It is designed on the premise that a good deed deserves to be recognised and rewarded.

It has broad application - not just for businesses but extends to non-profit organisations, clubs, societies and other such ventures.

You can identify up to 10 deeds and establish up to 10 rewards under this program.

The circumstances where the Deeds Program could be applied is only limited by one’s imagination.

Possible examples include a business rewarding employees who participate in a community based promotional event (such as a car wash to raise funds for charity), or a club rewarding its members for voluntary work.
